Jim Houston has been with the Fusion team for over 15 years and, as Support Services Director he has overall responsibility of ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Support Division.
Jim has over 20 years of IT experience in multiple sectors, meaning he is a vital and adaptable member of the team, with an ability to turn his head to numerous technical disciplines and produce results.
Jim collaborates extremely closely with our clients to ensure the services delivered meet their expectations. Jim has a fundamental understanding of the Legal Sector and the complications arising from supporting the IT therein.
In February 2023, Jim was appointed Client Strategy Director.
