Service Desk Supervisor Karl is the first escalation point for any queries, whether technical or process related, for the Service Desk team.
Karl began his career as an IT apprentice and has since completed various supplier qualifications as well as a CompTIA Network+ course. Karl possesses a wealth of experience in managed service provision, having worked on a range of technical work, from first through to third line, and is Fusion’s primary site engineer.
Prior to joining Fusion, Karl took time away from working to pursue his dream of training and fighting as a kickboxer abroad in Thailand.
